Thanks for the info - went on line and put in my catalog request. Noticed the info on the tenon cutters. Don does do log furniture, every thing so far has been shaped by hand. A very tedious process. If I want another bed built for the quest room and bunks for the grandkids bunk room I guess I should get him tenon cutters for a birthday gift.
:D This picture was taken at our previous log home. The bed was my christmas present. Hauling those logs up the stairs was a bit of a feat. Bloody heavy :D
The foot board portion of the bed is not attached at this time . .something about not wanting to get too much stuff out of storage..
