I have a 14' x 18' antique log cabin made of hand hewn popular logs. The cabin is early to mid 1800's. The cabin is Southern Indiana in origin. Currently the cabin is dismantled, numbered and stored in a dry building in Southern Indiana. This is a nice cabin! Make offer. I need to sell real soon.

David,
I am interested but have a few questions. How many stories?
What is the condition? How big are the log faces? Any other components with it (joists, etc.) ?

Thanks fo the response. My cabin's construction is half dovetail joint. The logs range from 12" to 15" tall and 6" deep. The cabin is in excellent shape on three sides. The fourth side (with the six foot cutout) is in fair shape. I do have quite a few replacement logs that I will let go with the cabin. The side that is in fair shape would be great to add to an existing cabin or house or put a fireplace on that end.

David,
Also, any idea how much shipping to west-central virginia would be ?. Is this just the wall logs or are there any floor, ceiling and/or roof joists and rafters ?

Greg,
I don't have any idea of the cost of transporting to West Virginia, but I do have a use of a boom truck to load trailer at my house (Southern Indiana). Wall Logs and Doors are all that I have.

David, If the cabin is still available can you send me pics? Also like to know the price. Could possibly help Greg with transport if I don't buy it...I'm coming back to NC from Louisvile KY empty in August.

Thanks,
Eric

David,
I saw Eric's response and would be interested in getting him to transport. Was curious about the cost. If you are in contact with him, or, Eric if you see this, please let me know what transport would cost. I am in Botetourt County Virginia.
