This hiker/backpacker/camper, living in NYC (Manhattan), seeks Log Cabin RENTAL, 75-100 miles from Manhattan (must be on train or bus route please) prefer accessible year 'round. Can do minor repairs.

As an aspiring playwright (produced a play this year) need peace and quiet for creativity.

Am reliable (legal secretary) and will take excellent care of your property.

Can pay modest rent as I'm still paying Manhattan apartment rent!
