I live in Washington State and recently reassembled a post and beam building. The building had a cabin attached to it. It is approximately 26'x26' and is 1 1/2 stories. It is mortise and tenon joined. This style of building was popular in colonial America and in eastern Canada till 1850. The cabin is dated pre-1850 and is from Quebec. It is currently located in Burlington Washington about 1 hour north of Seattle. The logs are rectangles about 7" thick by 12" faced. They are held together by pegs at the ends.
3 of the 4 sides are in good condition and the 4th needs some boards replaced (this is the side that was attached to the barn)
I can include enough antique timber for any repairs.
It does not include a floor or roof trusses. I can help with the loading and shipping.
Price is $12,000.
I have attached a picture. Email me with questions.
