Does anybody do a whole package. Land/log home package ?

You can get package deals by simply asking around. One of our services is locating land for clients who want water developed with their home or business. We can then suggest builders as they can suggest our services.

I actually just came back into the office after looking over two pieces of property here in Bend for a developer. We can just as easily do that for individuals.

If your needs are not as specific as developing water, a well qualified and patient realtor can be valuable as well. Finding someone specifically qualified to look for property that has attributes which lend themselves to your goals is the best first step to take. That person could be a Biologist, a Forester, Landscape Architect, Orchardist etc.

Finding the right piece of land makes your goals so much easier and more cost effective to reach.
