I have a cerca 1890's hand hewn timber frame I would like to sell.
It is 22feet X 26 feet (26 feet on the gable end. It is 1/2 of what was orrigionally a 22X40 foot house. The guy who tore it down was a Harvard professor and not a carpenter. some of the tennons are rough. It does however have some extra posts and beams to work with. I am not sure of it's worth. Can anyone help me? P.S. I am in central New Hampshire.

Thanks! coreycsmith@adelphia.net
